Prayer taken out of school? You've gotta be kidding. There is no law that stops any parent, (or person) from gathering a group of interested students before school, or after school, to say prayer. Would you agree? It's amazing that some of our most major public rituals begin with a prayer, for eg. inaugurations, legislative meetings, and many events centered around special days. ...but you say prayers was taken out of school.
